Class Requirements
Class Requirements
-Rash guard and fight shorts or BJJ Uniform
-Beginners may use shorts or sweat pants and short sleeve t-shirt
-Classes may require mouth piece, shin guards and Boxing gloves
-BJJ Uniforms must include rash guard for NOGI applications
